To kick off my exploration of 3D scanning, I decided to use an object in a controlled environment. I took a signature beanie and placed it on a manequinhead to see if I could get a good scan and clean up the file. Once the scan was a success, I took the object file and refined in Blender.

Once I got the hang of the program capabilities, I started to explore taking scans of larger objects in unpredictable environments. I hit the neighborhood street again and took scans of the interesting trees. Though uncomplete, I was able to successfully get a great render of their texture. I was very excited to have these files at the ready to be used in any other 3D creation
