At the heart of my work is a methodology built on three guiding pillars that shape every project, workshop, and partnership.
Creation
I’ve always had an active imagination.
As a kid, I could lose hours dreaming up stories, zoning out on long car rides, or reinventing old Halloween costumes into new characters. That spark for building something out of nothing followed me into high school, where I fell in love with sculpture; the feeling of getting my hands dirty and turning an idea into form. There’s a certain relief in seeing something that’s been bouncing around in your head finally take shape in your hands.
That love of making grew beyond art into product design and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I discovered something even more meaningful than creating for myself, helping others bring their ideas to life.
For me, creation is about translating imagination into reality, whether through design, strategy, or collaboration. It’s the joy of watching a thought take tangible form and knowing it has the potential to create real impact for others.
Support
What brings you fulfillment?
It’s a question that’s followed many of us as we step into not just our careers, but our adulthood. Balancing the need to support ourselves while seeking meaningful work isn’t always easy.
For me, that fulfillment comes from supporting others. Throughout my life, there’s been a consistent thread of offering help; the casual “Oh, it’s no problem, happy to help” that’s woven into so many of my interactions. Over time, I’ve realized that this isn’t just a habit; it’s a source of purpose and strength in my work.
Because I’m committed to uplifting others, I see every collaboration as an opportunity to build pathways forward, strengthen what’s already working, and fuel momentum for what’s next. Support, at its best, creates an ecosystem where everyone can thrive and that’s the kind of space I strive to create.
Curiosity
I’ve always been fueled by an insatiable hunger to learn, evolve, and grow.
For me, curiosity isn’t about chasing answers, it’s about chasing pathways. I love diving deep into a subject and following the “bunny trails” of connected ideas wherever they lead. Over time, I’ve realized that curiosity is as much about how we learn as it is about what we learn. Every perspective, format, and lens adds a new dimension to the way I see the world.
I’ve always carried the mindset of, “How can I add to my tool belt?” The more you expand your library of knowledge, the more you see how ideas intersect and cross-apply, colliding, informing, and evolving into something stronger and more nuanced than before.
Curiosity, to me, is a mindset and a muscle, one that grows more flexible and open with every new connection. And it doesn’t stop with me. I bring that same energy into every collaboration, sparking knowledge-sharing that fuels adaptability and innovation. When people share their diverse perspectives and experiences, it balances risk, builds momentum, and opens the door to unexpected solutions.
