Cael Parker is a 4’9” powerhouse fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help others succeed. With a foundation in fine arts and a Master’s in Product Innovation, Cael brings the ability to connect artistry, strategy, and execution. She has worked across higher education, startups, and community organizations, supporting teams through strategic planning, facilitation, and design-driven problem solving.

Her expertise spans user-centered design, program management, innovation workshops, and entrepreneurial coaching. She has facilitated sessions for diverse groups, from youth programs to professional organizations, and co-founded CMPLX XP LLC, a gaming company dedicated to imaginative, immersive experiences.

Inspired by youthful imagination, Cael believes in dreaming big and then building it. She combines vision with practical execution, ensuring that every engagement leaves teams more capable, creative, and connected than before.
